Twenty-five-year-old Eriberto Gonzales of Yakima, WA has some serious anger issues.
During his murder trial for shooting a man he believed was banging his girl, Eriberto headbutted his attorney over a disagreement. Not surprisingly, Eriberto will be spending the next 39 years of his pathetic life in prison.
Dude, it’s bad enough that you killed someone in cold blood. But if you had any hopes of sympathy from the judge and jury in terms of a softer sentence, splitting open your attorney’s forehead with yours was definitely the wrong move.
So now, you’ll be moving to a cold jail cell. Where your anger issues will dwarf in comparison to the issues you’ll have to deal with on a daily basis there. Especially because the two words your fellow inmates will associate with you upon your arrival are “butt” and “head.”
Ouch.
